- Swimming is advisable for people who suffer from asthma. Cold

- If you experience fall in your area, be prepared for fall allergies
and the weather as these changes are known to affect the condition
of asthma. Some points to note:
(i) Try to keep the windows and doors closed during the pollen
season. If not, keep them opened to a minimum.

(iii) Pollens are highest during noon, so plan outdoor activities
in the morning or late evening.

water and pure, non-iodized salt. The water should be warm like
the normal body temperature as cold water will cause the nasal

and sinus problems.
- Stretching the neck may help to lessen the allergic effects
in the head and sinuses. This will decrease the increased sensitivity
within the sinuses of the myofascial neuropathies.
- Eat fruits and vegetables that are high in Vitamin C such as
grapefruit, cantaloupes, guava, berries, etc. and alfalfa, asparagus,
broccoli, cabbage, etc. Vitamin C may lessen the severity of nose
stuffiness and provide relief for asthma sufferers.
