The Holy Grail Of Gambling Systems

If you are an experienced gambler, then you have undoubtedly heard of the different betting or gambling systems. Do you feel that a player can maximize his winnings at the casino by using different types of statistical and mathematical tactics? If that is true, then what happens to the people who do not have any experience with those kinds of systems? Does it mean that the whole element of luck is being reduced into a minor part of gambling?

Many feel that no matter if you play at the best internet casino or the more traditional brick and mortar casinos, these betting systems do not work. If that is true, then why do people keep using these systems? One possible answer is if there is the slightest chance that there is a program that will help you win, then you are willing to try. And the thought of sure and fast winnings is hard to resist.

But, is it really possible to beat the casino games that have the house advantage, or even come close? The machines use random number generators, such as in video slot machines, poker slot machines and do not have a memory, therefore there is no way that they can remember what the last result or score was. These gambling systems do not seem to take into account games like Roulette, where each spin of the wheel is a new spin and has no connection to the previous spins. The RNG in slot games generates new numbers without considering other results. So, statistics seem to have a very small influence on the casino games.

You can use statistics in most of the card games like poker, blackjack and baccarat because math is used when dealing with specific card decks that are used in those games. However, since the slot games and video poker machines use random number generators, there are no statistics to use.

Many believe that there is no “Holy Grail” of gambling systems that consistently works, or works at all. Some even suggest that if you are intent upon finding a system, then you should look for one with a methodology that matches your personality; because, second to winning, you must enjoy playing the game and gambling system of your choice. Casinos say they have no problem with system players, except card counters, because there is no system that will actually change the house edge on any casino games. All a system will do is effectively fluctuate a player’s bankroll.
