An Affirmative Action Program, A Necessity In Any Business

If you are in human resources, or are the manager of a company of any size, it is important, even crucial that you have an affirmative action program. Your affirmative action program does not need to have quotas, at least officially, and many experts on human resources strongly recommend against quotas, but nonetheless it has to be seen that your business is taking concrete steps to implement a program to advance minorities and women if they are underrepresented in the field.
